WebEstate enables real estate agencies to:
- Add detailed description and images of each listing.
- Editing their listings
- Viewing reporting on their listings
- Receive enquires from potential clients interested in their listed properties.
A monthly subscription fee is paid for or use of services provided by WebEstate. This flat fee enables the agency to make an UNLIMITED number of posts.
Each subscription period is valid for 30 days from when the first listing goes live.

Feature Listing
In order to have a listing stand out from the crowed, agents may upgrade a specific listing from standard to a feature listing. A Feature listing stands out due to its highlighted appearance within the search Results
The cost of upgrading to a feature listing is an additional $25.00 per listing, and will displayed as a featured listing for a period of 30 day from when the listing first goes live.

Premium Listing
To ensure that a specific listing is displayed as the first listing for a specific search criteria – up grade that specific listing to a premium listing. All premium listings are:
- Displayed on the home page in rotation.
- Always displayed above the normal search results whenever a search is performed.
- Highlighted appearance within the search Results
The cost of upgrading to a Premium listing is an additional $35.00 per listing, and will displayed as a featured listing for a period of 30 day from when the listing first goes live.
